To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform ZENI Diamante srl., with registered office at Via Locarno 15 - 21040 Sumirago (VA), Italy, of your decision and enter your order number and the email address used for purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with return instructions. Please include the completed return form in the package along with the intact product and ship the package no later than 14 days after receiving the email from Zeni.

Send the product back within 14 days of the date of notification of withdrawal, in its intact packaging. The return is considered valid if the product is returned within the 14-day period, with the label attached and in its intact packaging. The refund will be processed using the original payment method, unless you specify otherwise. If you choose an alternative refund method, you will be responsible for any additional costs. The refund may be withheld until the goods are received or you provide proof of shipment. You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from improper use. Any damage, missing accessories, labels, original packaging, or warranty documentation will reduce the refund. We recommend keeping the original packaging intact and using a second protective packaging for transport.
