La consegna dei prodotti acquistati su (shop-sito web) avviene mediamente entro 5 giorni lavorativi dall’ordine. Attualmente si effettuano vendite solo su territorio nazionale.

I tempi di consegna possono subire ritardi nei giorni festivi; i corrieri non effettuano consegne il 25/12, il 26/12, l’01/01 e nei weekend.

Per gli ordini pagati con carta di credito, ai tempi di spedizione standard si aggiunge un giorno lavorativo per i necessari controlli amministrativi.

In the event of defective or non-compliant products, you are entitled to repair or replacement, or other remedies as provided for by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

If you have received a damaged, non-compliant, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a replacement or refund. The legal guarantee covers defects of conformity for a maximum period of 24 months from delivery; any claims for defects expire 26 months after delivery.

To request assistance, please email shop@saponificiozeni.it with the completed return form, including a description of the defect and at least one photo of the product, along with your order confirmation or receipt. Following the assessment, ZENI Diamante srl will send you a return authorization confirmation with a "Return Code." Authorized products must be shipped within 30 days of notification of the defect or non-compliance.

If ZENI Diamante srl agrees to refund you the price of the product, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase or by bank transfer. In this case, you will need to provide your bank details to shop@saponificiozeni.it to process the refund.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, your payment will be refunded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform ZENI Diamante srl., with registered office at Via Locarno 15 - 21040 Sumirago (VA), Italy, of your decision and enter your order number and the email address used for purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with return instructions. Please include the completed return form in the package along with the intact product and ship the package no later than 14 days after receiving the email from Zeni.

Send the product back within 14 days of the date of notification of withdrawal, in its intact packaging. The return is considered valid if the product is returned within the 14-day period, with the label attached and in its intact packaging. The refund will be processed using the original payment method, unless you specify otherwise. If you choose an alternative refund method, you will be responsible for any additional costs. The refund may be withheld until the goods are received or you provide proof of shipment. You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from improper use. Any damage, missing accessories, labels, original packaging, or warranty documentation will reduce the refund. We recommend keeping the original packaging intact and using a second protective packaging for transport.
