In the event of defective or non-compliant products, you are entitled to repair or replacement, or other remedies as provided for by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
If you have received a damaged, non-compliant, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a replacement or refund. The legal guarantee covers defects of conformity for a maximum period of 24 months from delivery; any claims for defects expire 26 months after delivery.
To request assistance, please email shop@saponificiozeni.it with the completed return form, including a description of the defect and at least one photo of the product, along with your order confirmation or receipt.
Following the assessment, ZENI Diamante srl will send you a return authorization confirmation with a "Return Code." Authorized products must be shipped within 30 days of notification of the defect or non-compliance.
If ZENI Diamante srl agrees to refund you the price of the product, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase or by bank transfer. In this case, you will need to provide your bank details to shop@saponificiozeni.it to process the refund.
